This series of “works” was born of an accident. Wang Yishu received the CMYK document of “Borderless” and opened it with ACDSee. A miracle happened! Perhaps because the color setting in the software didn’t match the document, the pictures were not normal color negative. Actually the images in weird colors were the original focuses visually, which revealed the artist’s creative veins, and showed his subconscious sensitivity to structure and color. You can take it easily as a funny experimental leaflet, or tear it into 16 posters following the perforations.
